LumyIQ Booking Policy

At LumyIQ, booking is straightforward and free. We connect you directly with your chosen practitioner so you can arrange your appointment on your own terms.

How it works

When you find a practitioner you would like to see, click "Book with [practitioner name]" on their profile. You will be taken directly to the practitioner's own website or booking page to arrange your appointment. LumyIQ does not handle booking, payment or scheduling — these are managed entirely by the practitioner under their own terms and conditions.

What LumyIQ charges you

Nothing. There are no booking fees, platform charges or payments of any kind due to LumyIQ when you book a practitioner through our platform. You pay the practitioner directly according to their own fees and payment terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by your practitioner, not by LumyIQ. Please check their terms before booking and raise any cancellation or refund requests directly with them.

If you have a concern about a practitioner you found through LumyIQ, we want to know. Contact us at fahmida@lumyiq.com — practitioner conduct is taken seriously and affects their standing on the platform.
