LumyIQ started with a simple frustration, one almost everyone who has ever worried about their skin will recognise.
It usually starts the same way. You notice something. A line, a shadow, a change in texture. You search online and fall into a maze of conflicting advice. You scroll social media and see filtered faces promoting treatments that may have nothing to do with what your skin actually needs. You think about booking a consultation, but you are not sure who to trust, or whether you will be helped or just sold to.
We created LumyIQ because that experience felt wrong. Decisions about your face should not start with guesswork, pressure, or someone else's sales targets. They should start with understanding.

Scan privacy and what we do
How long does LumyIQ keep my scan photos?
We keep your scan photos so you can revisit your results, track changes over time, and share them only with practitioners you choose. They are stored securely and linked to your account. We do not auto delete them after a fixed period.
Can I delete my scan photos?
Yes. You can delete your scan photos and related data at any time from your account settings. Once deleted, the images and any associated analysis are removed from our active systems.
What does the LumyIQ analysis actually do?
LumyIQ looks at the visible characteristics in your selfie and gives you cosmetic skin insights. It highlights things like texture, tone, lines, and areas you might want to understand better, then suggests suitable skincare and treatment directions to explore.
What does LumyIQ not do?
LumyIQ is not a medical or diagnostic tool. It does not diagnose skin conditions, prescribe medication, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. It is a starting point for informed cosmetic decisions, not a clinical assessment.
