Practitioner Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the LumyIQ Practitioner Portal ("Portal") by aesthetic clinicians, clinics and their authorised staff ("you"). By creating a practitioner account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & verification
The Portal is reserved for licensed aesthetic practitioners and the clinics that employ them. You must provide accurate professional details and respond to verification requests. We may suspend any account where licensing, insurance or identity cannot be verified.
2. Subscription plans
We offer the Starter, Pro and Clinic plans on a monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial, after which the selected subscription begins automatically unless cancelled. Prices, included features and seat limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- Starter — solo practitioners, up to 30 inbound leads / month.
- Pro — featured placement and unlimited leads.
- Clinic — up to 10 practitioner seats, multi-location management and API access.
3. Billing, renewals & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Patient leads & bookings
LumyIQ provides the Portal as a discovery and communication channel; it is not a clinical decision-making tool. You remain solely responsible for the consultation, suitability assessment, treatment and aftercare of every patient that contacts you through LumyIQ. You must hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your qualifications, services, pricing or availability.
- Contact patients for purposes unrelated to their enquiry, or share their data with third parties.
- Use the Portal to advertise prescription-only medicines in breach of local regulations.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or resell access to the Portal.
6. Data protection
Patient data shared with you through the Portal must be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and equivalent local laws. You act as an independent controller for any data you collect from a patient after the initial introduction. Our processing of practitioner and patient data is described in our Privacy Notice.
7. Intellectual property
LumyIQ retains all rights in the Portal, its software and content. You retain ownership of the clinic information, photos and reviews you upload, and grant LumyIQ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them within the LumyIQ products for the duration of your subscription.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if a regulator requires us to, or if your continued use poses a risk to patients. You may close your account at any time; an export of your leads will be made available for 30 days after closure.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumyIQ's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or reputation.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-portal at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Portal after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to practitioners@lumyiq.com.
